This will include performing and supporting tasks such as the following:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completing job-related training and maintain personal training records.<\/li>\n<li>Building contacts and forming collaborative partnerships with key business lines and Quality Stakeholders Globally.<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to readiness activities before, during and after audits and inspections.<\/li>\n<li>Execute Clinical Complaints Intake and Triage activities.<\/li>\n<li>Track Vendor notifications and communication for Clinical Complaint Management.<\/li>\n<li>Support the monitoring, maintaining, and improving of systems and processes used for Quality Compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying quality continuous improvement efforts to streamline compliance and efficiencies.<\/li>\n<li>Execute aspects of Clinical Packaging Release and Disposition activities.<\/li>\n<li>Support Qualified Persons (QP) activities to include QP declarations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Quality Agreement generation and amendments.<\/li>\n<li>Perform aspects of Vendor qualification and Vendor oversight activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"vacancy-requirements\">\n<h4><strong>Candidate Requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Network and collaborate Globally across multiple sites.<\/li>\n<li>Has the ability to determine own work priorities and troubleshoot issues as they arise.<\/li>\n<li>Is self-motivated to achieve high quality results within defined timeframes.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to appropriately prioritize and perform multiple tasks\/projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Has a good understanding of Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to understand and Navigate Quality Management Systems in support of task execution.<\/li>\n<li>Completes assignments under broad guidelines and selects the most appropriate method or approach to do so.<\/li>\n<li>Takes a broad perspective to solve problems, sometimes choosing among less obvious approaches to identify solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hard-working.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to solve problems, interact with others and manage a varied workload.<\/li>\n<li>Is self-motivated to achieve high quality results within defined timeframes.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Research skills for assignments and job-related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Has good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Can use own judgment to make decisions, non-routine issues within and outside of scope of responsibilities., using judgment to set own schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Quality mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"vacancy-training\">\n<h4><strong>Training To Be Delivered<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Qualification to be delivered:<\/strong>\u00a0Level 4 Quality Practitioner<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apprenticeship Standard:<\/strong>\u00a0Level 4 Quality Practitioner<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training Provider:<\/strong>\u00a0CSR Scientific<\/p>\n<p><strong>Delivery model:<\/strong>\u00a0Online<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"vacancy-prospects\">\n<h4><strong>Future Prospects<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be eligible to apply for other positions within the business.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Things To Be Considered<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>If you already hold a degree in Marketing then you will not be eligible for this apprenticeship.<\/p>\n<p>The apprentice must be able to demonstrate the required attitudes, behaviours and interpersonal skills associated with the professional workplace. The apprentice must be willing to commit an amount of personal time to study.
