This is a dynamic position working very closely with the Omni-Channel Lead and wider Omni-Channel Team as well as the Commercial, Marketing and Brand teams.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will demonstrate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic knowledge of Digital Campaigns and Performance marketing experience.<\/li>\n<li>Have an astute eye for detail to support in the management and optimization of our email campaigns\/digital marketing collateral \u2013 ensuring we generate quality, timely and engaging content to help drive incremental open and click-through rates and higher levels of engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure creative Digital assets are briefed and delivered on time and on budget for key events throughout the year.<\/li>\n<li>Support the team in managing integrated Digital campaigns employing different media in an omnichannel environment<\/li>\n<li>Have a basic understanding of Email, Content, U\/X, Search, Paid Social, Video and channel marketingUnderstands data, analytics and insight, and well versed in interpreting data into meaningful information to help steer decision making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Main Duties include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digital strategy implementation<\/li>\n<li>Campaign Management &amp; Performance<\/li>\n<li>E-mail Campaigns, Content Marketing, SEO, Organic &amp; Paid Social, Video, Channel Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder management<\/li>\n<li>Management of agencies and third-party suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about Digital and can champion Digital across the business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"vacancy-requirements\">\n<h4><strong>Candidate Requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Skills\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Focus on digital marketing channels with the ability to design, deploy and analyse emails, social media, and other digital campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the brand\u2019s PfizerPro website: creation of new pages, updating existing ones, optimising user experience, creating user journeys, and driving traffic to the site. While also ensuring compliance and that metadata and site plans are up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Good design skills to use software such as Adobe Express and\/or Adobe Photoshop to create assets for social media, emails, the website.<\/li>\n<li>Designing and deploying various marketing assets\/collateral for our FF such as RTEs, meeting invites etc.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting with different types of meetings\/events (HCP focused) such as in-person, virtual and hybrid. Liaising with the event, A\/V agency, creating promotional material, admin tasks, support on the day.<\/li>\n<li>Copywriting skills for emails, website pages and more- particularly good to be able to grasp scientific concepts quickly to write for our audience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical mindset and critical thinking to create performance reports for the website, marketing campaigns, and drawing insights that help inform future projects.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with tight timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible with the ability to act both proactively and reactively and quickly adapt to changing circumstances.<\/li>\n<li>Someone that has excellent organisational skills and can manage projects across different stages i.e., creation-code review process-feedback\/changes-deployment- performance review- ensuring material are compliant and regular checks are performed.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate well with different stakeholders, receive multiple rounds of feedback to drive projects across the line.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail to quickly spot any errors, typos, issues with material.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"vacancy-training\">\n<h4><strong>Training To Be Delivered<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Qualification to be delivered:<\/strong>\u00a0BSc (Hons) Digital Marketing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apprenticeship Standard:<\/strong>\u00a0Level 6 Digital Marketeer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training Provider:<\/strong>\u00a0London Southbank University<\/p>\n<p><strong>Delivery model:<\/strong>\u00a0Day Release<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"vacancy-prospects\">\n<h4><strong>Future Prospects<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be eligible to apply for other positions within the business.<\/p>\n<p>Next step could be becoming a marketing executive (with a digital focus or a more broad marketing focus) or if of interest joining the Pfizer Graduate programme.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Things To Be Considered<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Please note that if you already hold a degree in Marketing then you will not be eligible for this apprenticeship.<\/p>\n<p>The apprentice must be able to demonstrate the required attitudes, behaviours and interpersonal skills associated with the professional workplace. The apprentice must be willing to commit an amount of personal time to study.
